We Are Replacing The Metricstream Application Within Atb With A New Application As Part Of This Rfp. The Requirements Are Listed In Appendix 1B. Atb Is Issuing This Rfp To Select A Strategic, Enterprise-Grade Governance, Risk, And Compliance (Grc) Technology Tool To Modernize, Streamline, And Centralize Our Integrated Risk Management Ecosystem. Operating Within Canada’S Evolving Financial Services Regulatory Landscape, We Require A Flexible, Highly Secure Platform That Unifies Our First, Second, And Third Lines Of Defense While Aligning To Critical Frameworks Like Osfi Guideline E-21 (Operational Risk And Resilience). The Ideal Application Will Provide A Scalable, User-Centric Solution Equipped With Real-Time Risk Analytics, Dynamic Regulatory Change Tracking, Automated Workflow Capabilities, And Seamless Integration With Our Existing Data Infrastructure. Vendors Are Invited To Demonstrate Not Only Their Platforms Technical Maturity And Robust Data Residency Compliance Within Canadian Borders, But Also A Proven Track Record Of Successful Deployment, Sustained Support, And Regulatory Alignment Within Major North American Financial Institutions.
