This Request For Quotation (Rfq) Is An Invitation By The Regional Municipality Of Wood Buffalo To Prospective Respondents To Submit A Quotation For Towing Services, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfq Particulars (Appendix D) (The “Deliverables).
