Refuse Disposal And Treatment - Service Consisting In The Successive Management By Subjecting To A Recovery Process Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 - Other Waste (Including Mixed Substances And Objects) From Mechanical Treatment Of Waste Other Than Those Mentioned In 19 12 11 Originating From The Over-Sieve Fraction From The Valorization Of Compost Produced From Biodegradable Waste. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Acceptance Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 From The Waste Management Plant In Poznań Sp. Z O. O. From The Location Of The Biocomposting Plant In Poznań At Ul. Meteorytowa 3, 2) Transport Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 From The Place Indicated In Point 1) Above To The Place Of Final Management Of The Received Waste By Subjecting It To The Recovery Process In The Installation Provided By The Contractor And Indicated In The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows For The Indirect Transfer Of Waste To The Place Of Final Waste Management, Provided That An Indirect Stage Of Waste Management May Only Be Its Processing (Including In Processes And Places Other Than The Place Of Final Disposal). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Waste Collection Process To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, 3) Ensuring The Acceptance Of Waste With Code 19 12 12 At Each Place Of Management Of The Indicated Waste Fraction Provided By The Contractor And Indicated In The Contract. 4) Management Through Recovery Of Waste Received By The Contractor From The Ordering Party With Code 19 12 12, 5) Fulfillment Of All Other Obligations, Including Recording, Reporting And Information Related To The Waste Management Process From The Moment Of Its Acceptance By The Contractor To The Moment Of Final Management Through Recovery. 2. The Service Includes: 1) Acceptance And Transport, As Well As Management Through Recovery Of Waste Fractions With Code 19 12 12, 2) Service Provided On The Above-Mentioned Basis. Waste Fractions In An Amount Not Exceeding 900 Mg In The Period From January 4, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (Or Until The Limit Of The Total Value Of The Contract Is Reached Earlier). The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of At Least 20% Of The Order. 3.
