The Tenderer Wishes To Establish A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) For The Purchase And Delivery (Buying) Of Various Work Clothes, Protective Clothing, Footwear And Protective Equipment For The Employees Of Bkm Nonprofit Zrt. And All Of The Tenderers Supporting Areas, For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Its Establishment, As Specified In This Call For Participation, Up To A Planned Net Amount Of Huf 80,000,000. The Tenderer Creates The Dbr By Dividing It Into The Following Four Categories: Category 1: Protective Clothing Category 2: Protective Footwear Category 3: Protective Equipment Category 4: Workwear The Tenderer Defines The Following Main Product Ranges And Estimated Quantities Within Each Category For The Duration Of The Dbr: Category 1: Protective Clothing (Protective Jacket, Protective Overalls, Protective Trousers, Raincoat, Raincoat, Rain Pants, High-Visibility Vest, High-Visibility Pants, High-Visibility Jacket, Cut-Proof Protective Clothing, Other Protective Clothing) Estimated Total Quantity Is 2,000 Pieces. Category 2: The Estimated Total Amount Of Protective Footwear (Safety Boots, Safety Shoe Boots, Other Footwear) Is 1,000 Pairs, Shoe Laces 50 Pairs. Category 3: The Estimated Total Amount Of Protective Equipment (Earplugs, Breathing Masks, Mouth Masks, Face Shields, Protective Helmets, Protective Glasses, Protective Gloves, Fall Protection Devices, Other Protective Devices) Is 10,000. Category 4: Work Clothes [Jacket, Sweater, T-Shirt, Pants, Cape, Cap, Formal Wear (Jacket, Pants, Shirt, Blouse) Other Work Clothes] Estimated Total Amount Of 5,000 Pieces. The Estimated Quantities Given Above Were Determined For The Entire Duration Of The Dbr (12 Months) On The Basis Of Previous Usage Experience, These Quantities Are Estimated Quantities For Informational Purposes Only, The Actual Purchased Quantity May Differ From Them. The Exact Technical Description And Contractual Conditions For The Specific Public Procurement To Be Implemented In The Dbr (Including, Among Other Things, The Specifications For The Delivery Deadline) Will Be Made Available By The Tenderer At The Same Time As The Invitation To Tender Is Sent. Tenderer Is The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility To Define A Partial Tendering Option In The Invitation To Tender For The Specific Procurement Requirement Contained Therein During Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The Dbr - Depending On The Subject Matter And Nature Of The Specific Public Procurements. The Tenderer Also Reserves The Right To Require The Submission Of Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates, Or Other Documents And Certificates In Relation To The Product To Be Procured, Among The Tender Documents To Be Submitted Or, Where Appropriate, In The Contract Conditions, During The Dbr Bidding Phase, During The Implementation Of The Specific Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right To Enter Into A Framework Contract As A Result Of The Specific Public Procurement(S) To Be Implemented In The Dbr, In Which A Framework Sum Is Determined With A 70% Obligation Of The Contracting Authority To Draw Down, And In Addition The Subject Of The Contract
