The Purpose Of The Contract That Is Expected To Be Concluded Under These Bidding Rules Is To Develop The Key Technical Inputs For Three Projects Or Project Programs1 (Defined By The Technical Counterparty2) In The Energy Sector - One For Each Typology3: (1) Conversion Of Coal Plants, (2) Medium And Isolated Systems, And (3) Mitigation Activity(Ies) In The Industry And Mining Sector - Aimed At Strengthening Their Eligibility And Early Preparation Under Article 6 Of The Paris Agreement. These Inputs Must Include The Preparation And Delivery Of The Documents Prior To The Pdd (Project Design Document) Or Poa-Dd (Project Program Design Document), Which Are Mentioned Below:I. Documentation For The Request For Prior Consideration (Explicitly Described In Article 31 Of The National Regulations).Ii. Methodology For Evaluating Additionality In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Article 6.4 (Regulatory, Financial Additionality - Which Considers The Analysis Of The Financial Model And Explains The Business Model Of The Mitigation Activity -, Barriers, Common Practice).Iii. Definition Of The Bau, Baseline And Reference Scenario.Iv. Proposal For A Methodology For Calculating Emissions Reductions.V. Proposal For Monitoring, Reporting And Verification Methodology.Vi. Data And Sources That Support The Assumptions And Justifications Of The Methodologies.Vii. Application Of Downward Adjustment Factors, Uncertainty, Conservatism, Robustness And Qa/Qc.Viii. Double Accounting Analysis.Ix. Analysis Of Lock-In, Carbon Leakage, Permanence.X. Environmental Integrity Evaluation.
