The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract The Supply Of Coronary Stents Under The Modality Ofconsignment For The Hemodynamics Unit Of The Puerto Montt Hospital.The Awarded Supplier Must Maintain A Stock In The Facilities Determined By The Hospital.Permanent And Sufficient Quality Of The Awarded Products, In The Defined Measurements, References And Quantitiesin Common Agreement With The Technical Counterparty.The Consigned Products Will Remain Under The Property Of The Supplier Until Their Effective Use Ina Clinical Procedure. The Hospital Will Acquire And Pay Exclusively For Those Products Whose Consumptionhas Been Registered, Informed And Validated By The Technical Counterparty.The Initial Delivery, Replacement, Rotation, Exchange Or Withdrawal Of Consigned Products Will Not Constitute, By Itself,An Acquisition Nor Will It Give The Right To Billing
