The Municipality Of Cerrillos Requires The Execution Of The Benito Juárez Stadium Conservation Project Located At Av. Primavera N°960, Cerrillos. Where The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Recover And Preserve The Constructive And Functional Conditions Of The Site, Which, Despite Having Final Acceptance Of Works Since 2017, Currently Presents Notable Deterioration. This Premature Wear Is Evident In Various Sectors Of The Building, Mainly Due To The Lack Of Maintenance, Water And Humidity Leaks, And The Poor Condition Of The Perimeter Closures Of The Court And Lattices Of The Building. To Address These Problems, The Project Contemplates A Series Of Interventions Aimed At Restoring The Existing Infrastructure And Prolonging Its Useful Life, In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Technical Specifications, Administrative Bases And All The Documentation That Is Part Of This Proposal.
