The Project Aims To Preserve And Recover The Conditions Of Safety, Durability, Operation And Image Of The Pehuenche Museum Of Villa Ralco. The Works Will Include The Interventions Defined In The Plans, Technical Specifications And Official Itemization, Including, As Appropriate, Conservation Of Roofs And Coatings; Surface Preparation And Painting; Treatment Of Wood And Metal Elements; Seals, Minor Repairs, Finishing And Final Cleaning. During The Execution, The Property, The Existing Facilities And The Museographic Elements That Remain On The Premises Must Be Protected. The Offer Must Include All Materials, Labor, Equipment, Tools, Lifting Means, Collective And Individual Protections, Transportation, Tests, Waste Removal And Other Resources Necessary To Correctly Execute The Items, Even When Any Complementary Element Is Not Expressly Mentioned, But Is Essential For The Operation And Completion Of The Work.
