These Special Administrative Bases Will Govern The Public Tender, Award, Contract, Guarantees, Deadlines, Sanctions And Payment System Of The Proposal Called “High Density Polyethylene Pipe Hdpe Different Sizes”, Financed With Funds From The Municipal Budget For The Year 2026, Community Roads Project, Together With The Annexes, Possible Clarifications, Responses To Queries And Other Background Of The Tender. The Municipality Of Teodoro Schmidt, In Accordance With The Powers Conferred On It By Organic Law No. 18,695 And Especially Those Contained In Law 19,886 Of Bases On Administrative Contracts For Supplies And Provision Of Services And Its Corresponding Regulations Approved By Decree 661/2024, Carries Out This Administrative Procedure Of A Bankruptcy Nature By Calling On Interested Parties To Provide Goods, To Present Their Offers In This Public Tender In Accordance With These Bases. Special Administrative And Contractual Conditions And Other Associated Documents, To Provide “Hdpe High Density Polyethylene Pipe Of Different Sizes”
