1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction And Renovation Of A Service Building In Gdańsk At Ul. Lendziona5b.2. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Perform The Task, Including The Following Elements: 1) Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building; 2) Replacement Of Windows And Doors; 3) Equipping Sanitary Facilities With Taps And Ceramic Utensils; 4) Construction/Replacement Of External And Internal Infrastructure; 5) Renovation Of The Platform In Front Of The Entrance To The Building; 6) Cutting Of Tree Branches Overlapping The Facade; 7) Restoration Of Landscaping And Greenery Elements Cleaning Works After Completed Works;8) Removal And Disposal Of Construction Waste.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
