2) The Subject Of The Task Is The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Building For The Needs Of Three Forest Offices And Forest Education Rooms Located At Ul. Leśna 7 In Wymiarki, Plot No. 826/3, Registry No. 0006. The Project Includes A Comprehensive Renovation Of The Building, Including The Implementation Of New Damp-Proof Insulation Of The Foundation Walls, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, And Insulating The External Walls From The Inside. The Plan Includes The Demolition And Construction Of Some Load-Bearing And Partition Walls, The Installation Of Beams And Lintels, And The Construction Of New Ceilings And Suspended Ceilings. All Floors Will Be Replaced - On The Ground, Above The Basement, On The First Floor And In The Attic - In Accordance With The Designed Construction Layers. It Is Planned To Rebuild The Roof, Entrance Roofs And Build New Internal And External Stairs. Complete Finishing Works Will Be Carried Out: Plastering, Cladding, Painting, Balustrades And Window Sills. The Scope Also Includes: Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery, Air Conditioning, Electrical And Low-Current Installations. The Scope Of The Task Excludes Land Development In The Scope Of Construction Works.
