The Subject Of The Order Is, Among Others: 1) Delivery/Lease Of Christmas Lighting Elements Listed In The Annex To The Draft Agreement To The Place Of Their Installation Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Christmas Lighting Elements Used, Connections Made, Etc. Must Meet All Requirements And Applicable Regulations And Standards In This Regard, 2) Installation And Connection To The Street Lighting Network By December 5, 2026. 3) Operation Ensuring The Continuity Of Illumination Of The Lighting Elements During The Hanging Period (From December 6, 2026 To January 17, 2027) Controlled By An Astronomical Clock From The Lighting Network System Street To Which It Will Be Connected, 4) Then Disconnection From The Street Lighting Network On January 18, 2027, 5) Disassembly And Removal Of The Elements By The Contractor (By The Date In Accordance With The Submitted Offer), 6) Preparation Of A Complete Application (The Application Should Include, Among Others, A Schedule Of Assembly And Disassembly Works, Graphic Attachments, Temporary Traffic Organization, Required Opinions, Etc.) For Issuing A Permit And Charging Fees For Occupying The Lane Road In Order To Carry Out Works Consisting In The Assembly And Disassembly Of Christmas Lighting Elements, 7) During Operation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Daily Inspection Tours In Order To Repair The Elements And To Respond To 24-Hour Telephone Reports Regarding Failures Or Acts Of Vandalism, 8) The Order Should Be Carried Out Based On Applicable Regulations, Instructions And Standards Regarding Electrical Installation Works. 9) Connecting The Elements To The Municipal Power Grid Together With Indicating The Place Of Connection In Consultation With The Ordering Partys Employee Should Be Carried Out Contractor
