The Reconstruction Of The Road Includes The Construction Of A 94.35 M Long Road Section With Exits, Accesses, Roadsides And Vertical And Horizontal Markings. The Road Surface Should Be Made Of Concrete Cubes In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Works Related To Improving Drainage, In Particular: Liquidation Of The Existing Op1 Culvert Under The Crown Of The Municipal Road, Construction Of A Culvert In The Roadside Ditch At Ul. Brwileńska In Mańków, Construction Of A Stormwater Drainage Outlet On Plot No. 235/3 Within Maszewo Duże And Construction Of A Storm Sewage Discharge Channel And A Rainwater Pumping Station. The Ordering Party Informs That The Newly Built Rainwater Pumping Station Must Be Incorporated Into The Existing Scada Monitoring System Operating At The Manager Who Is Responsible For The Operation Of The Pumping Station In The Stara Biała Commune, I.E.: Gospodarki Komunalna Stara Biała Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office At Ul. Andrzeja Kmicica 33, 09-411 Biała. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Technical Requirements And Technology Of Performing The Works Are Specified In The Order Documents Constituting Annexes To The Swz, In Particular The Materials For Notification, Technical Designs And The Design Of Permanent Traffic Organization. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Based On All The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Swz, Design Documentation, In Particular Submission Materials And Technical Designs, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Other Annexes To The Swz, Applicable Legal Provisions, Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice And Relevant Standards. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Content Of The Submitted Offer, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Contract
