The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Performance Of Construction, Technological, Sanitary, Construction, Electrical And Automation Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Water Treatment Plant In Rówienko, Located On Plot No. 93/1, Równo District, Główczyce Commune, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation.2.The Order Provides For:2.1. Modernization Of The Water Intake;2.2. Replacement And Modernization Of Water Treatment Technology;2.3. Delivery And Installation Of Retention Tanks;2.4. Delivery And Installation Of A Rinsing Water Tank;2.5. Execution Of Construction Works In The Suw Building;2.6 Execution Of Construction Works;2.7. Carrying Out Installation, Plumbing, Water Supply And Electrical Works, 2.8. Implementation Of Automation And Control System;2.9. Land Development;2.10. Start-Up Of The Station;2.11. Carrying Out Other Construction Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order;2.12. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Detailed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Stwior, Constituting Annexes No. 10 And 11 To The Swz. Bills Of Quantities, I.E. Annexes No. 12 To The Swz, Constitute Only Auxiliary Elements Of The Documentation. The Basis For Preparing The Valuation Of Construction Works Is The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Stwior. 4. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 48 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Contract.5.The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 556 – 576 4 In Connection With Of 656 § 1 And Art. 638 Of The Civil Code. The Warranty Will Cover The Performance Of Construction Works. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Contract. 6. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Following Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Construction Works, Earthworks, Plumbing, Sanitary, Installation And Electrical Works. They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.7. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance
