Tenders Are Invited For Providing Gravedigger Services At The Municipal Cemetery In Chrzanów For The Years 2027-2028.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Gravedigger Services At The Municipal Cemetery In Chrzanów, Which Includes: 1. Participation In Funeral Ceremonies Performed At The Cemetery On Weekdays And On Non-Working Days After Prior Arrangement With The Cemetery Administration. 2. Preparation Of All Graves In Accordance With The Act On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead Of January 31, 1959 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008. While Performing The Work, Occupational Health And Safety Rules Must Be Observed. 3. Burying The Coffin In An Earth Grave, The Scope Of The Service Includes In Particular: 1) Securing The Surroundings Of The Grave With Impermeable Mats, 2) Digging The Grave In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008, 3) Filling The Grave, 4) Tidying Up The Adjacent Area And The Grave (Including: Shaping Graves, Placing A Cross, Placing Flowers And Candles).4.Placing The Urn In The Earth Grave And In The Urn Niche. 5. Burial Of The Coffin Or Urn In A Brick Grave. 6. Exhumation Of The Coffin, Urn From An Earthen Grave Or Brick Grave In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7, 2001 On The Treatment Of Corpses And Human Remains. 7. Exhumation Of An Urn From A Columbarium In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of December 7 2001 On The Treatment Of Corpses And Human Remains. 8. Checking The Grave Before Burial To See If It Is Technically Possible To Keep It In Line With The Existing Grave. 9. Liquidation Of Graves, Including Dismantling The Tombstone And Removing Waste. 10. Preparing The Farewell Area For Funeral Ceremonies And Cleaning It Up After The Ceremony. 11. Operating The Mortuary With The Farewell Hall, Including: 1) Providing Rooms For The Duration Of The Funeral Ceremony, 2) Preparing The Farewell Hall In Accordance With Nature Of The Ceremony (Secular / Ecclesiastical), A) Setting The Air Conditioning And Ventilation In Accordance With The Outside Temperature, B) Turning On The Sound System And Tv, C) Lighting Candles, D) Closing The Rooms, Turning Off The Equipment Used And Securing The Building, E) Cleaning The Farewell Hall Between Funeral Ceremonies In The Case Of Several Ceremonies Taking Place On A Given Day. 12. Providing Toilets In The Sanitary Building On Days Off From Administration Work For The Duration Of The Funeral Ceremony In The Farewell Hall.13.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Exact Scope Of Services (Opz) Can Be Found In Annex A To This Terms Of Reference. 14. Each Year, The Order For The Task Involves The Provision Of Gravedigger Services In The Estimated Quantity Specified In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
