1. The Subject Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Under The Task Titled: Renovation Of District Road No. 1222N Lubawa - Rumienica - Dr. No. 1267N - Section 0.4 Km Long. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility Or Subject Of The Order Or Investment.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes: Renovation Of District Road No. 1222N Lubawa - Rumienica - Dr. No. 1267N - Section 0.4 Km Long Roadway: Width: 6.00 M; Length 400.00 Meters 3. Basic Information Regarding The Order: 1) The Section Of District Road No. 1222N Intended For Renovation Is Located In Msc. Fijewo In The Lubawa Commune, Iława Poviat, Province. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The Area Where The Investment Will Be Implemented Includes Plot No. 31, District 0003 Fijewo. Currently, The Road Has An Asphalt Road Surface That Is Largely Worn Out (Lateral Deformations, Numerous Cracks And Defects, Damaged Edges). The Road Has Drainage, Partly In The Form Of Storm Sewage, And Partly In The Form Of Surface Drainage To Roadside Ditches.2) Renovation Of The Existing Road With An Asphalt Concrete Surface Was Planned. The Road Route In Plan And Longitudinal Section Is Consistent With The Existing Course And Terrain Configuration. The Axis Of The Designed Road Was Adjusted To The Existing Condition Of The Road, The Road Grade Should Be In Relation To The Existing Road.3) The Road Surface Was Designed With Asphalt Concrete. The Cross-Section Of The Road Has Been Designed As A Roof - The Cross Slopes Should Be Related To The Existing Road Surface.4) The Road Has Been Designed With Ground Shoulders 0.5 M - 1.3 M Wide, Reinforced With Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5 - Thickness After Compaction 5 - 10 Cm.5) The Road Renovation Does Not Change The Rainwater Runoff Pattern. The Size Of The Catchment Area Remains Unchanged. All Water Is Discharged On The Surface To The Existing Drainage System Of The Area In The Form Of The Existing Rainwater Drainage System And Existing Road Ditches.6) It Is Planned To Remove Weeds And Bushes From The Road Strip That Are Not Covered By Any Form Of Protection. Trees Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Works Should Be Protected Against Damage.7) There Is A Layer Of Earth (Topsoil) In The Investment Area, Which Will Be Removed During Demolition Works. The Removed Topsoil Should Be Stored And Used To Spread New Lawns After The Road Works Are Completed. The Soil For Lawns Should Be Spread - Layer Thickness 10 Cm.8) In Places Where The Ground Is Heavily Leveled (Excavations And Embankments), Slopes With A Slope Of 1:1.5 Should Be Developed. The Ditches Along The Entire Section Of The Road Should Be Rebuilt And Cleaned9) After The Renovation, The Area Should Be Tidied Up, Fertile Soil Should Be Transported And Spread On The Lawns.
