1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Brand New Car, Manufactured In 2026, With A Capacity Of 8+1 Seats, Adapted To Transport Disabled People. The Purchase Is Co-Financed By Pfron As Part Of The Programme For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area D. 2 Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters And Equipment Of The Car Referred To In Section 1, Is Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3 Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4 The Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval As A Passenger Car Intended For The Transport Of Disabled Persons And Disabled Persons In Wheelchairs (The Certificate Must Be Delivered Together With The Car) Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) As Well As The Conditions Provided For In Provisions Of Community Law Of The European Union For Passenger Cars. The Delivered Car Should Have A Set Of Documents Required For Registration Of The Vehicle In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Vehicle Card, Inspection - Technical Examination And Examination Of The Diagnostic Station Confirming That After Adaptation The Car Is Adapted To The Transport Of Disabled Persons In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law. 5 The Contractor Will Document To The Ordering Party That The Delivered Car Meets The Standards Of The European Exhaust Emission Standard At A Minimum Level Of Euro 6 6. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is Guaranteed The Contractor Shall Use His Own Transport And At His Own Expense. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Equipped With Tires Appropriate To The Season Prevailing On The Day Of Delivery (The Second Set Of Tires Is In Stock) And The Condition Of The Tank Is Such That The Reserve Light Is Not On And It Is Possible To Start It. 7 Details Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Specified In The Contract That The Ordering Party Will Sign With The Contractor Who Will Propose The Most Favorable Balance Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria (Draft Contract - Annex No. 2 To The Swz) 8 Source Of Co-Financing: State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. 9 The Contractor Should Have Appropriate Means And Technical Conditions, As Well As Economic And Organizational Potential Necessary To Complete The Order. 10 As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Provides An Authorized Technical Service And Cannot Refuse To Replace The Defective Part With A New One If Its Repair Does Not Guarantee Proper Operation.
