Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Basement Rooms Of The Koszyce City And Commune Office Into A Temporary Shelter For The Communes Residents

The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Existing Basement Rooms Of The Building Of The Koszyce City And Commune Office, Located At Ul. Elżbiety Łokietkówny 14, 32-130 Koszyce, In Order To Adapt Them To Serve As A Temporary Shelter (Mds) For The Population. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Demolition And Preparatory Works, General Construction And Finishing Works, Reconstruction And Adaptation Of Rooms, Construction Of New Floors, Walls And Partitions, Performance Of Necessary Installation Works, Including Electrical Installation, Central Heating And Ventilation, Construction Of A Filtering And Ventilation System, Protection Of Window Openings And Construction Of A Spare/Emergency Exit Together With The Necessary Earthworks, Construction, Insulation And Reconstruction Works. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Perform All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Conduct Tests, Examinations And Measurements, Put Into Operation The Installed Installations And Devices, Tidy Up The Area After The Completion Of The Works And Provide The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Documents Required For Final Acceptance. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In: Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And Additionally In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.
