The Subject Of The Order Implemented In The Design And Build Formula Is The Expansion Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 964 With District Road No. 2011K In Niepołomice, Including The Following Streets: Wielicka, Tadeusza Kościuszki (Dw 964), Płaszowska (Dp 2011K), Czerwonych Beretów (Dg G560314k), Cmentarna (Dg) G560352k) And Polna (Dg Ng560391k) Along With The Construction And Reconstruction Of The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. The Investment Task Is Co-Financed Under The Agreement Between The Management Board Of The Małopolska Voivodeship, The Management Board Of Wieliczka County And The Mayor Of The Niepołomice Commune. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Order Includes: Stage I - Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design And Implementation Documentation (In Accordance With The Description Of The Pfu) Along With Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Implementation Of The Road Investment. Documentation Of The Entire Investment Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Opz, With The Reservation That The Documentation Must Be Prepared In Electronic Form: The Descriptive Part In The Ms Office Package In Doc And Pdf Formats, Drawings - In Pdf And Dwg Formats. The Contractor Declares That On The Day Of Transferring To The Ordering Party Any Results Of Services Provided Under This Agreement, Having The Characteristics Of A Work Within The Meaning Of Copyright Law (Hereinafter: Works), It Will Be Entitled To Exclusive Copyrights To The Works And That It Will Be Entitled To Grant The Ordering Party The Permissions Referred To In This Agreement. The Contractor Represents And Guarantees That The Works, At The Time Of Transfer Of Ownership Of The Copyrights To The Ordering Party, Will Not Infringe Any Intellectual Property Rights Of Third Parties And Will Not Be Encumbered With Any Third Party Rights. The Contractor Hereby Undertakes To Repair Any Damage, Including To Cover All Costs And Expenses, Including Legal Fees Incurred By The Ordering Party In Connection With Any Lawsuit, Claim Or Proceeding Brought Against It As A Result Of The Contractors Submission Of False Statements Regarding Its Intellectual Property Rights.
