B) The Service Will Be Provided From September 2026 To June 30, 2027, Departure Dates To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party (Departures Are Expected On Saturdays Or Sundays C) Required For The Coach: - Number Of Seats Seating Min. 34 (30 Participants + Guardians), - Air Conditioning, - First Aid Kit, With Particular Emphasis On Personal Protective Equipment, - Luggage Space Enabling The Transport Of Backpacks And Bags, D) The Driver Has: - A Driving License Of The Category Authorizing Him To Drive A Vehicle, - A Valid Certificate Of Authorization To Practice As A Driver, Issued By An Authorized Doctor To Examine Drivers, - Training In Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, - Completed First Aid Course E) The Contractor Ensures Safety And Care During The Trip Transport, The Group Outside The Bus Is Looked After By The Trip Organizer. F) In The Event Of A Breakdown Of The Vehicle Designated For The Task, The Contractor Will Provide A Replacement Vehicle That Meets The Appropriate Technical Requirements For Road Traffic.
