1. Name Of The Procedure: Construction Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land With A Width Of Min. 4.0 M On The Plot With Registration Number 194, Registration District Dębe 2. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: 1) Construction Of An Internal Municipal Road On The Section Of Ul. Polna In The Town Of Dębe, Along With Roadsides And Standard Exits. The Length Of The Municipal Road Route Is 360.00 M. The Project Envisages The Construction Of A 5.00 M Wide Road. The Transverse Inclination Of The Road Is One-Sided And Amounts To 2.0%. On Both Sides Of The Road, Dirt Shoulders With A Width Of 0.75 M Each And A One-Sided Transverse Slope Of 8.0% Towards The Outer Edge Were Designed. On Sections Where Roadside Ditches Are Located On The Right Side Of The Road, Ongoing Maintenance Is Planned. In The Places Of Exits To Adjacent Plots, Ordinary Exits Should Be Made With The Existing Width Of The Exit Road From 3.50 To 12.00 M. The Design Documentation Assumes The Construction Of A Maneuvering Road Surface With The Following Structure: − 3Rd Layer (Upper): Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit Of The 2/5 Mm Fraction In The Amount Of 6.00 L/M², − 2Nd Layer (Middle): Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit Of The 5/8 Mm Fraction In The Amount Of 8.00 L/M², − 1St Layer (Bottom): Surface Consolidation Of The Road Surface With Asphalt Emulsion And Stone Grit Of The 8/12 Mm Fraction In The Amount Of 10.00 L/M², − Basic Base: A Mixture Not Bound To Aggregate C90/3 0/31.5 Mm – Thick. 20 Cm, − Layer Of Improved Substrate: Mixture Bound With Hydraulic Binder (Cement) Cbgm 0/16.0 Mm With C1.5/2 ≤ 4.0 Mpa – Thickness. 15 Cm, − Bed With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subsoil To A Depth Of 25 To 40 Cm. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Described In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1, In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And In The Bills Of Quantities, And Also Includes All Works Not Specified Directly In These Documents, But Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed.3.The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended).
