The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Boiler Room And Installation Of Solar Panels For The Production Of Hot Water In The Rabczański Zdrój Building In Rabka Zdrój, Including: A) Construction And Dismantling Works In The Boiler Room And Dismantling Of Existing Devices And Installations Intended For Replacement. B) Delivery And Installation Of A Cascade Of Two Condensing Gas Boilers With A Capacity Of 100 Kw Each, Along With A Hydraulic System, Exhaust Gas Discharge, Automation And Accessories. C) Delivery And Installation Of Three Hot Water Tanks With A Capacity Of 800 Liters Each And Installation Of 16 Flat Solar Collectors With Accessories. D) Construction Of Pipelines, Insulation, Connections To Existing Installations, Tests, Adjustments And Commissioning Of The Entire System. 2. Investment Location: A) Rabczański Zdrój Building, Ul. Roztoki 7, 34-700 Rabka-Zdrój. 3. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In This Document And In The Technical Documentation: Drawing G1 - Basement Plan, Drawing G2 - Heating Installation Diagram, Drawing G3 - Roof Projection, Product Card Of Bpb 800/2 And 1000/2 Heaters (For This Task In The Scope Of The 800/2 Model Or Equivalent), Constituting Annex No. 12 To Swz, And In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz. Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration, The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For The Purpose Of Submitting An Offer. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Entire Scope Of Works Described.
