The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others - Preparatory Works, Including Securing The Work Area, - Demolition Works Of Existing Surfaces Made Of Paving Slabs And Mineral And Bituminous Surfaces Within The Planned Investment, I.E. Segment A Of The School, - Execution Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Of Foundation Walls In Segment A Of The School Building, - Execution Of Drainage Around The Foundation Walls Of Segment A Of The School Building With Connection To Existing Sewage Wells, - Laying Of New Roof Gutters And Downpipes On The Side Panels Of The Roof Surface In Segment A Of The School Building Along With Incorporating School Drainage Into The Existing Rain Wells And Those Constructed As Part Of The Investment, - Construction Of New Sidewalk Surfaces And Sidewalk Strips Made Of Concrete Blocks And Field Stairs From Stone Conglomerates Within The Investment Being Implemented, I.E. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Are Indicated In The Order Documents, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Equivalent To Those Described.2. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.3. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer Documents Confirming The Equivalence Of The Offered Solutions. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Rests With The Contractor.
