The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of A Warehouse And Service Building For Civil Defense Equipment, Including Internal Installations And Land Development. The Facility Will Be Intended For The Storage, Security And Distribution Of Rescue Equipment, Safety Materials And Equipment Used During Crisis Situations And Civil Protection Activities. The Building Is A Single-Story, Detached Building, Without A Basement, With Dimensions Of 12.0 × 24.0 M And A Height Of 7.85 M, Designed On A Rectangular Plan With A Steel Frame Structure. The Facility Will Be Placed Directly On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation Slab, The Walls And Roof Will Be Made Of Sandwich Panels With A 15 Cm Thick Polyurethane Core. Gable Roof With A Slope Angle Of 30°, Covered With Sandwich Roof Panels. Heating Will Be Provided By Electric Heaters With A Total Power Of 24 Kw, And A Photovoltaic Installation With A Power Of 20 Kw Will Be Installed On The Roof.
