1) The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 340716 On The Cieńsza - Lemany Route. 2) The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is Set Out In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Technical Documentation (Design), Permanent Traffic Organization Design And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract. Bills Of Quantities Are Only Auxiliary Documents And Do Not Constitute The Basis For Determining The Amount Of Remuneration In Connection With The Adoption Of A Lump Sum Remuneration. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out During Appropriate Weather Conditions - Work Is Prohibited During Heavy Rain, Snowfall And Frost. 4) The Task Is Carried Out With The Use Of External Funds Under The Government Road Development Fund.
