Part No. 1: Conclusion1.Basic Activities When Performing The Above-Mentioned The Works Include: 1) Mechanical Profiling Of Unpaved Roads With A Motor Grader Along With Mechanical Compaction Of The Surface With A Static Steel Roller; 2) Loosening And Crumbling The Soil Using A Ripper To A Minimum Depth Of 20 Cm, In The Event Of Significant Amounts Of Unevenness, Or At The Inspectors Request, 3) Leveling, Profiling And Compacting The Ground Surface At Optimal Humidity, Ensuring Proper Compaction And Limiting Dust Generation; 4) Sprinkling With Water If The Soil Humidity Is Lower Than The Optimal Humidity;2.Summary Of The Amount Of Work And Material To Be Built: 335,129.50 M2.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Works And Their Location On An Ongoing Basis With The Inspector Appointed By The Ordering Party.4.In Order To Facilitate The Work, With The Consent Of The Contractor, The Employer May Provide The Residents With A Work Schedule So That They Can Park Their Vehicles In A Place Where They Will Not Constitute An Obstacle To The Equipment Carrying Out Work On A Given Road Section.5.The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Attached Detailed Technical Specification (Sst).6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide On Its Own All Materials, Equipment And Transport Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order And To Include In The Unit Prices The Costs Accompanying The Execution, Such As Construction Facilities, Temporary Marking Of The Work Site, Vertical Adjustment Of Valves Of Underground Devices. Quantification And Acceptance Of Works: 1.The Measurement Of The Works Will Determine The Actual Number Of M2 Of Leveled Roads.2.Acceptance Of Works Involves Assessing The Quantity And Quality Of Completed Parts Of The Works. The Works Are Accepted By The Inspector.3.The Works Are Deemed To Be Completed In Accordance With The Sst If The Works Are Accepted In A Protocol By The Inspector.4.All Corrective Or Supplementary Works Ordered By The Inspector Will Be Compiled According To The Template Established By The Ordering Party.5.The Deadline For Completing The Corrective And Supplementary Works Will Be Determined By The Inspector.
