The Offer Submitted In The Procedure Must Cover The Entire Scope Of Works Provided For In The Swz And Design Documentation. Investment Location - Forest Road No. 101 Located In The Kąśna Górna Forestry, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Tarnów Poviat, In The Commune Of Więcowice, Siekierczyna District.2) The Order Includes The Renovation Of A Forest Road On A Section With A Length Of Approx. Broken Fraction 0/31.5 Mm On The Road, Roadsides, Exits To Skidding Routes And Wood Depots, - Replacement Of Metal Water Drains, I.E. Disassembly Of Existing, Damaged Ones And Installation Of New Ones, Also Metal Ones With The Same Parameters, - Replacement Of Existing, Damaged End Walls Made Of Semi-Fiber Stones At The Inlet And Outlet Of Culverts Under The Road Crown And At Exits To Skidding Routes And Wood Depots, With New Ones With The Same Parameters Parameters, - Sectional Desilting Of Roadside Ditches. The Road Renovation Is Intended To Improve Vehicle Traffic Safety And The Comfort Of Forest Management. Information Regarding The Order 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Contractor, Before Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Is Obliged To Develop And Provide The Ordering Party With A Work Implementation Schedule. 2) All Works Covered By The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Construction Practices, Design Documentation, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Fire Protection Regulations And Environmental Protection Regulations, As Well As Technical Requirements For Individual Types Of Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And The Ordering Partys Recommendations. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of All Types Of Works Included In The Task. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Reserves That There May Be Tonnage Limitations - Appropriate Vehicle Load Capacities Appearing On The Roads For The Planned Investment. The Above Should Be Taken Into Account When Preparing The Offer. Difficulties In This Respect Will Not Constitute A Basis For Changing The Price. The Contractor Is Responsible For Obtaining Appropriate Consent From The Public Roads Manager For The Transport Of Materials And Equipment Needed To Perform The Order. Transport Of Materials To The Site Of Works Should Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport Adapted To The Tonnage Specified On The Access Roads To The Site Of Works. All Materials Used To Complete The Order Must Be Approved For Marketing And Have A Declaration Of Conformity Or A Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or Technical Approval In The Absence Of Polish Standards Transposing European Harmonized Standar
