The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Construction Work And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.4.The Provided Bill Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On The Construction Design, Executive Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.5.Attaching Bills Of Quantities As Supporting Documentation To The Description Of Construction Works, Settled On A Lump Sum Basis, Does Not Change The Nature Of This Form Of Remuneration. 6.
