The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law And Construction Practice. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. A Contractor Who Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Before Commencing The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, If Known, The Names And Representatives Of Subcontractors Involved In Such Construction Works. The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party About Any Changes To The Above Data During The Execution Of The Order, And Also Provides The Required Information About New Subcontractors To Whom It Later Intends To Entrust The Implementation Of Construction Works. Entrusting The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From The Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For The Performed Construction Works As Well As The Built-In Materials And Installed Devices For A Period Of At Least 36 Months (This Is The Second Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers).
