The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1.1. To Swz – Zip Folder.3. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order.5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed For The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship (Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended)) Of Persons Performing The Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Indicated Below, The Performance Of Which Consists In The Performance Of Work. The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Apply. Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order: General Construction Works. The Method Of Verification By The Ordering Party Of The Employment Of These Persons And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These Persons And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Draft Contract).7. The Contractor Provides The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Completed Construction Works, Counting From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. There Is A Warranty For The Delivered And Installed Equipment. Manufacturer, Not Shorter Than 24 Months. If The Manufacturers Warranty Is Shorter Than 24 Months, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Its Extension To 24 Months8. The Ordering Party Allows The Subcontractor To Participate In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate The Part Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Companies Of These Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. (In The Content Of The Offer - Tender Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz). If The Contractor Does Not Indicate In The Offer The Part That He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Contractor Will Complete The Order On His Own.
