The Subject Of The Order Are Works Including The Delivery, Assembly And Foundation Of A Warehouse Hall Along With The Implementation Of Internal Electrical Installation For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse Hall In Pasłęk In Accordance With The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 And Obtaining Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Or Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (I.E. The Relevant Decision Of The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate Based In Elbląg).2.The Ordering Party Informs That The Investment Implementation Has Been Divided Into Individual Stages. The Subject Of This Order Is Stage Iii - Delivery, Assembly And Foundation Of The Warehouse Hall Along With The Implementation Of The Internal Electrical Installation.3.The Details Of The Task Are Specified In The Order Documents Constituting Additions Listed In § Xxiii Swz4. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Carry Out A Mandatory, Compulsory On-Site Visit For Contractors Who Intend To Submit An Offer; 1) Conditions Regarding The On-Site Visit; A) The On-Site Visit Is Intended For The Contractors To Familiarize Themselves With The Conditions Of Execution Of The Contract, In Particular With The Existing Land Development, Conditions Of Access And Execution Of Works, And Conditions Resulting From The Parallel Implementation Of Stage Ii Of The Investment. B) The Date Of The On-Site Visit Is Set For September 17, 2026 At 10.00, At The Investment Site At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 35 C In Pasłęk, Plot No. 8/2; C) The On-Site Visit Will Be Confirmed By The Ordering Party And A Report Will Be Prepared Specifying The Course Of The On-Site Visit. D) The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, Offers Submitted By Contractors Who Did Not Complete The On-Site Visit Referred To Above Will Be Rejected.
