1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Sensory Paths As Part Of The Siemianowickie Bajtle Project (Feśl 2021-2027). The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts.1.1.Part 1 Of The Order: Delivery And Installation Of A Sensory Path To Kindergarten No. 7 At Ul. Niepodległości 49 As Part Of The Siemianowickie Bajtle Project. A Sensory Path Composed Of Four Galvanized Aluminum Modules. All Elements Will Be Adapted For Outdoor Installation. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A) Prepare A Basic Map Of The Location Covered By The Task, Marking The Place Of Installation Of The Sensory Path, Along With A Catalog/Technical Sheet Of The Offered Product, B) Submit A Notification Of The Intention To Perform Works On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, C) Deliver And Install The Device In Accordance With The Documentation, D) Prepare Acceptance Documentation And Prepare As-Built Documentation. The Acceptance Documentation Includes, Among Others: Certificates Confirming Compliance Of The Installed Devices With Applicable Regulations And Standards, And For Other Building Materials, A Declaration Of Conformity Or Technical Approvals, E) Provide The Ordering Party With The Necessary Information Regarding The Maintenance And Use Of The Facility.1.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 3A To The Swz), B) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4A To The Swz). - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As The Documentation.1.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.1.4.The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Without Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. If The Contractor Finds That The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Described In The Manner Referred To In Art. 99(5) Of The Act, I.E. The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of The Materials Was Indicated And The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence Were Not Provided, Should Ask The Ordering Party To Indicate What Criteria Will Be Used To Assess Equivalence.1.5.If The Documentation Constituting The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
