The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Modifications To The Adopted Design Solutions.6. The Deadline For Preparing Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And, If Necessary, Submitting Notification Or Other Activities Preceding The Commencement Of Construction Works Is Up To 60 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Funds Must Be Spent In The Current Financial Year.7. The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Cannot Exceed The Amount Of Pln 49,136.00 (Say: Forty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six Zlotys).8. At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present A Concept Of The Functional And Utility Layout Of The Building In Order To Obtain The Employers Approval.9. Symbol According To The Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 45000000 - 7 - Construction Works, 45216100-5 - Construction Works In The Field Of Buildings For Public Order Services, 45310000-3 - Electrical Installation Works, 45400000-1 - Finishing Works In The Field Of Buildings, 71320000-7 - Engineering Services In The Field Of Design.10. Under This Contract, The Project Contractor Undertakes To Provide Authors Supervision.11. All Built-In Devices And Construction Products Should Have Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates.12.
