The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Transport Of 150 Mg Of Walnut-Type Hard Coal, Intended For Energy Purposes, With The Required Quality Parameters, In Particular The Calorific Value Of Min. 24 Mj/Kg, Ash Content Max. 11%, Total Sulfur Max. 1.40% And Grain Size 40–80 Mm. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively By Road, With Unloading At The Storage Yard Of The Ordering Partys District Boiler House At Ul. Democracy 5 In Ostróda. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Required Quality Documentation, Including Fuel Quality Certificates And A Declaration Of Its Origin. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Options Within ±40% Of The Estimated Order Quantity, Depending On Actual Needs.
