3.1.The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive Delivery Of Light Fuel Oil In A Total Amount Of 100,000 Liters Intended For The Boiler Room At Ul. Szkolna 22 In Kazimierza Wielka. Within A Period Of Up To 10 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With Parameters Not Worse Than: Property Unit Of Measurement Minimum Parameters: Calorific Value, Min. Mj/Kg 42.6 Pour Point, Max. °C -20 Flash Point, Min. °C 56 Density At 15°C, Max. Kg/M³ 860 Kinetic Viscosity At 20°C, Max. Mm²/S 6.00 Sulfur Content, Max. % (M/M) 0.10 Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard 3.2.Delivery Of Heating Oil Will Take Place To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party (Recipient), On The Date (Time) Proposed By The Contractor (Supplier) In The Price Offer (Offer Form), But No Longer Than 48 Hours From The Moment The Ordering Party Places The Order By Fax Or E-Mail. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Confirm The Receipt Of The Notification To The Fax Number Or E-Mail Address Provided By The Ordering Party. Applications Will Be Submitted On Business Days From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. If The Order Is Placed On Friday, The Contractor Must Complete It By The Following Monday By 15:30. If The Deadline Expires On A Public Holiday, The Supplier Will Deliver The Oil On The Business Day Following That Day. Deliveries Will Be Made Using The Contractors Own Transport At The Contractors Expense And Risk From Monday To Friday From: 7:30-15:30 In Accordance With The Order From The Ordering Party. 3.3.Heating Oil Must Have A Quality Certificate And Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In Point. 3.4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Transport Of The Goods To The Destination And Unloading. Each Delivery Of Heating Oil Must Be Accompanied By A Current Certificate Of Quality Of The Delivered Fuel. 3.5. Fuel Oil Deliveries Will Be Made Successively (In Batches) At The Contractors Expense Using Specialized Transport, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs. One Order Will Be Made (Partial Delivery). 3.6. In The Case Of Receiving Oil In Real Conditions And Controlling Its Quantity Based On The Flow Meter Readings, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Production Of A Certificate Of Verification Of The Tank Truck Meter With A Number Consistent With The Serial Number Of The Meter Installed On The Tank Truck From Which The Fuel Oil Will Be Unloaded. 3.7.The Basis For Issuing An Invoice Will Be The Amount Of Fuel Oil Delivered At A Temperature Of 15°C According To The Indications Of A Legalized Measurement System With Compensation Up To 15°C In The Case Of A Road Tanker. 3.8. Tank Size: 20,000 Liters. 3.9. Unloading Required Using A Pump On A Road Tanker.
