The Subject Of The Order Is The Service: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Junction From The Provincial Road No. 957 To Nowa Street In Jabłonka, Together With: A) Preparation Of Stwior, Investor Cost Estimates For The Execution Of The Works And Authors Supervision. B) Development Of Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Designs For The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 957 With Nowa Street In Jabłonka. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task The Contractor Is, In Particular, Obliged To Obtain All Legally Required Administrative Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation, On The Basis Of A Separate Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party To A Person Indicated By The Contractor. 3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Law, Principles Of Construction Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Other Applicable Regulations For The Procedure For The Implementation Of Construction Works, When Preparing It, The Provisions Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Article 99 Et Seq. Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793) Should Be Taken Into Account, In Particular In The Scope Of Compliance With The Principles Of Competitiveness5 The Design Documentation Will Serve As A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Tender For Selecting A Contractor For Construction Works In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law And Will Be The Basis For The Implementation Of Construction Works.
