2.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Unloading To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Of A Maximum Of 136 M3 Of Heating Diesel Oil For Heating Purposes Into Tanks On The Ordering Partys Premises.2.2 Details Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In § 1 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To Swz.2.3 If The Tender Documentation Contains References To Specific Names And Standards, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.2.4 A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 2.6 Other Conditions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
