Tenders Are Invited For Removing And Towing Vehicles From The Roads Of The Malbork District And Storing Them In A Guarded Parking Lot And The Costsresulting From Failure To Remove The Vehicle From The Road

The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide, In 2027 And 2028, The Service Of Removing (Including Towing) Vehicles From Roads In The Malbork District And Storing Them In A Guarded Parking Lot Pursuant To Article 130A Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). The Service Is Provided In Continuous Operation - I.E. 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, On Non-Working Days, Sundays And Holidays. The Ordering Party Envisages The Application Of The Option Law, Which Specifies That The Basic Order Is The Provision Of The Service In 2027, I.E. For 12 Months, And Due To The Inability To Secure Budget Funds At The Current Stage For 2028, The Implementation Of The Service In 2028, I.E. For The Next 12 Months Is Covered By Option Right.
