The Ordering Party Has Determined The Need For The Purchase In Question, Which Results From The Ordering Partys Objective Needs Related To The Characteristics Of Its Computer Equipment And The Need To Modernize It, Taking Into Account The Devices And Systems Owned By The Ordering Party, For Which The Order In Question Will Be Used And Integrated.2. General Requirements: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Computer Equipment Be: 2) Brand New, Unused, Of Full Value, From Current Production, 3) Free From Physical And Legal Defects, 4) Consistent With The Opz, Swz, The Contractors Offer And The Manufacturers Documentation, 5) Covered By Warranty And Support To The Extent Required In The Opz And The Agreement, 6) Delivered From A Legal Distribution Channel. 7) Placed On The Market Or Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Deadline For Submitting Offers,8) Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties,9) Not Coming From The Exhibition,10) Products Marked With The Ce Mark. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Required Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order And Quantitative Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annexes 2A To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Delivered As Part Of The Order Have Warranty Benefits Based On A Warranty Ensuring Full Access To The Service Authorized By The Manufacturer And Original Spare Parts For The Warranty Period.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 11A To Swz.5. The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Teatr Wybrzeże, Ul. Saint Ducha 2, 80-834 Gdańsk.5. The Ordering Party Will Assess The Fulfillment Of The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Offered Devices And Software Based On The Information Contained In The Technical Specifications Form Submitted By The Contractor Together With The Offer, Based On The Answer To The Question: The Offered Equipment Meets / Does Not Meet The Required Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters In Accordance With Annexes No. 3A.6. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Work And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order: The Price Of Equipment Or Hardware And Software, Costs Of Delivery, Loading, Transport, Unloading, Carrying, Packaging, Documentation, Warranty, Warranty Service, Taxes, Disposal Of Packaging And Other Costs Of Order Execution, Including All Costs Accompanying The Execution That The Contractor Deems Necessary To Complete The Order.7.
