Tenders Are Invited For Winter Road Maintenance In The Pyskowice Commune In The 2026/2027 Season

1. Scope Of The Order: Within The Subject Of The Order, The Concepts Of Active Winter Road Maintenance And Passive Winter Road Maintenance Are Used.1.1. Active Winter Road Maintenance The Task Includes: • Snow Removal • Prevention And Removal Of Slipperiness • Removal Of Excess Snow. • Removal Of Roughening Material Lying On Roads, In Sewage At Curbs And Bus Stops After The End Of Winter Road Maintenance. 1.2 Passive Winter Road Maintenance Passive Action Means Keeping Equipment In The So-Called Readiness, Collecting And Storing The Necessary Roughening Materials, Maintaining Communication With The Ordering Party, Operation Of The Dispatch Point, Patrolling Roads And Monitoring The Weather Conditions On Days When Active Action Is Not Carried Out. As Part Of The Passive Action, The Contractor Guarantees 24-Hour Telephone Communication With The Ordering Party And 24-Hour Telephone Communication Between Individual Snow Removal Units And The Contractors Coordinator. The Contractor Is Willing To Work 24 Hours A Day. The Contractor Receives A Flat-Rate Daily Remuneration For Conducting Passive Action. For Days On Which Active Action Is Carried Out, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Remuneration For Passive Action. Note: The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt The Work Of People And Equipment To Changing Weather Conditions. The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Damage, Accidents And Road Collisions And Other Events Caused By Abandonment Of Works Or As A Result Of Insufficient Performance Of Winter Road Maintenance Works Or Inconsistent With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For Traffic Safety Within Road Sections Where Winter Maintenance Is Carried Out From The Moment They Begin Until Their Final Completion.
