1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, A Vehicle With Truck Approval (Category N) - A Truck, With A Multi-Person Crew Cabin And A Tipper Type Unloading Box, Meeting At Least The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Described In The Technical And Utility Specification Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz2) The Contractor Will Also Provide Assistance From The Contractors Staff Necessary To Check The Subject Of The Order, Without The Ordering Party Incurring Any Additional Costs.3) The Contractor Undertakes To Present The Subject Of The Order And Train The Ordering Partys Employees In Its Proper Operation - Training Duration Not Less Than 1 Hour. The Training Will Be Confirmed With An Annotation On The Acceptance Protocol. 4) The Technical And Operational Specification Form Completed And Signed By The Contractor Constitutes The Contractors Declaration Confirming That The Offered Delivery Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party For The Order And Must Be Attached To The Offer. The Warranty Period Will Be Specified By The Contractor In The Offer.6) The Contractor Will Provide, At Least For Duration Of The Warranty, Availability Of An Authorized Service Center Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Vehicle, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 50 Km From The Headquarters Of The Road Brigade Of The District Roads Authority Located In Karolewo Commune.
