The Contractor Is Responsible For Traffic Safety Within The Road Sections On Which Winter Maintenance Will Be Carried Out, From The Moment They Begin Until The Final End Of The Given Winter Season.8. Attention! Contractors Are Recommended To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By The Provision Of Services In Order To Obtain, At Their Own Responsibility And Risk, All Relevant Information That May Be Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer And Conclusion Of The Contract.
