The Subject Of The Order Is: Modernization And Digitalization Of The Narie Cinema In Morąg, In The Scope Of: Part 1 - Purchase And Installation Of A Modern Screen And Sound System, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Hereinafter Referred To As Opz (Appendix No. 4A To Swz) And The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3A To Swz);2. The Subject Of The Order In Particular Includes (Applies To Parts 1, 2): 1) Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Together With The Assembly, Commissioning And Training Of A Modern Screen And Sound System And A Projection Set, Covered By The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 4A - 4B To The Swz, Respectively). 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions In Polish For The Delivered Equipment, Referred To In Section 5 Point 5;3) Providing Free Authorized Warranty Service For The Delivered Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 12 - 13 Of The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 3A-3B To Swz, Respectively). 4) The Products And Services Offered Must Meet The Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations Regarding The National Security System.
