The Subject Of The Order Includes Supplies Of Bread And Breadcrumbs To The Prison In Hrubieszów. Plain Bread (Cut And Packed In A Foil Package Of 150 Grams) 30,000 Kg, Breadcrumbs 320 Kg. The Ordered Assortment Must Be Fresh, Of Good Quality, Free From Defects, With A Shelf Life Allowing It To Be Stored For A Period Of At Least 3 Days From The Date Of Delivery In The Case Of Bread And At Least 1 One Month In The Case Of Breadcrumbs, To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party. Each Label Must Necessarily Contain The Following Data: Name Of The Food, Data On Ingredients Present In The Food, Quantity Of Specific Ingredients, Net Weight, Gross Weight, Dates Of Minimum Durability Or Use-By Date, Special Storage Conditions Or Conditions Of Use, Information On Nutritional Value. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order: A) But Not More Than 30%, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, B) More Than 30% In The Event Of Failure To Deliver On Time Provided For In The Contract. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Costs, In Accordance With Sanitary Requirements And The Haccap System, In A Way That Prevents The Loss Of Taste And Nutritional Values. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively From Monday To Saturday To The Ordering Partys Warehouse Located At The Prison In Hrubieszów Between 8:00 A.M. And 1:00 P.M. A Vat Invoice Will Be Provided With Each Delivery. The Quantity Of Individual Deliveries Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or Via E-Mail One Day In Advance Before The Delivery Date.
