The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1.Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, By The Licensed Contractor, Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of August 22, 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of September 2, 2014 On The Protection Of Museum Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Dangers Of Destruction Or Loss. (Journal Of Laws 2014, Item 1240).1.2.As Part Of The 24-Hour Physical Protection Of Persons And Property And Counteracting Threats, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Service Consisting In Physical Protection Against Theft, Destruction, Loss Of Health Or Other Threats To The Building And Adjacent Areas (Including The Parking Lot) Of The Jewish Historical Institute In Warsaw (00-090) Located At Ul. Tłomackie 3/5, (Hereinafter Abbreviated As Żih) And The People And Things Contained Therein, With Particular Emphasis On The Protection Of Exhibits Presented At The Institute. The Order Also Includes The Service Of Guarding Exhibition Halls, Handling The People/Luggage Control Point And Issuing Keys. In Particular, To: 1.2.1.Maintaining Permanent Posts,1.2.2.Constant Patrolling Of Areas Requiring Special Protection Inside And Outside The Facility, 1.2.3.Monitoring Signals Transmitted By The Electronic Access Control System, Cctv, Assault And Burglary System And Fire Protection System. 1.3.Undertaking Interventions Using An Intervention Group, If Necessary, In Rented Office Spaces In Buildings At The Square. Bankowy 2 In Warsaw. The Intervention Group Takes Action Only In Emergency Situations Or When Called. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Construction Of Preventive Ramps.1.4.The Service Will Be Provided By Security Staff In The System: 1.4.1.24 Hours A Day - 24/7 A Week, In 24- And 12-Hour Shifts, Depending On The Capabilities Of The Contractor And Arrangements With The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Applicable Law.
