Tenders Are Invited For Service Consisting In Providing Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities For Employees Of The Regional Court In Sz-No, Sr Sc In Sz-No And Sr Piz In Sz-No, Retired Judges And Retirees

A) The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Employees Of The District Court In Szczecin, The District Court Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court Szczecin - Prawobrzeże I Zachód In Szczecin, Retired Judges And Retirees With Access To Various Types Of Sports And Recreation Services In Sports And Recreation Facilities. B) The Ordering Party Requires That Employees Have Full Access To The Services Provided, Including The Implementation Of At Least The Following Forms Of Activity: Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Swimming (Pool), Fitness, Pilates, Yoga School, Sauna, Gym, Dance School, Zumba Spinning, Climbing Wall, Martial Arts, Nordic Walking, Salt Cave, Squash. The Scope Of Services Is Only An Indicative Indication Of The Services And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right For Participants To Use Other Free Services Provided By Facilities With Which The Contractor Has Signed A Cooperation Agreement. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Enable The Use Of Newly Available Services Provided By Facilities With Which It Will Establish Cooperation During The Execution Of The Order. C) Registered Employees Will Have Access To A Minimum Of 1,000 Sports Facilities Throughout Poland, Including Obligatory Access To A Minimum Of 70 Facilities In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship And Obligatory Access To A Minimum Of 35 Facilities In Szczecin, Including A Minimum Of 3 Facilities With A Swimming Pool And 2 Facilities With An Aquarium. Aerobics, 4 Facilities With A Yoga School, Meeting The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. On The Day Of Signing The Contract At The Latest, The Contractor Will Provide A List Of Sports Facilities In The West Pomeranian Voivodeship And Declare That It Offers Sports Activities, In Particular In The City Of Szczecin, Which Will Include Access To The Minimum Forms Of Physical Activity Listed In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. D) Pursuant To § 3 Of The Agreement Of August 31, 2026 And Art. 38 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, Consolidated Text), The District Court Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court Szczecin-Prawobrzeże I Zachód In Szczecin Authorized The District Court In Szczecin In 2023 To Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Sports And Recreational Facilities For Employees Of The District Court In Szczecin, The District Court Szczecin-Centrum In Szczecin And The District Court Szczecin - Prawobrzeże I Zachód In Szczecin, Retired Judges And Retirees. The District Court In Szczecin Is Responsible For Conducting The Proceedings On The Basis Of The Agreement Referred To Above And On The Basis Of Powers Of Attorney Granted By The Other Ordering Parties In Accordance With The Scope Included Therein. The Remaining Ordering Parties Are Liable In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law In This Respect (Article 38 Of The Public
