1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Modernization And Adaptation Works Of An Existing Building In Hyżne, Together With The Effective Obtaining Of A Building Permit. Due To The Fact That The Building Is A Monument And Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Registration Number: A-1180 Of August 17, 1989, It Is Required To Prepare Documentation With The Consent Of The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Task Includes Submitting All Applications For The Issuance Of The Necessary Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions Necessary To Implement The Investment, Along With Obtaining All Consents And Permits For The Implementation Of The Task. The Design Documentation Will Constitute The Basis For Preparing A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For The Investment Task In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law. 2.
