Basic Data Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Brand New Vehicle, Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2025, 2) Body Color: Red Or Metallic Silver (Shade To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Order Execution). Factory Paint Coating. 3) Number Of Seats (Including The Driver): 5.4) Diesel Engine, Meeting The Exhaust Gas Purity Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, With A Minimum Power Of 150 Kw And A Capacity Of At Least 2500 Cm3 And A Maximum Torque Of Not Less Than 400 Nm. 5) 4X4 Drive System Annex No. 1 To The Swz Containing A List Of The Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Car Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And Their Scope. Necessary Equipment. 3. The Warranty Period Is Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance And Is: 12 Months. 4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The List Of Minimum Required Technical And Operational Parameters - (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
