The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel Using His Own Transport, At The Ordering Partys Expense, Included In The Offer Price.5.Delivery Dates And Quantities: Coal Will Be Delivered During Office Hours, I.E. From 8.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. On Business Days, And In The Quantities Requested By The Ordering Party Within No Longer Than 4 Business Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Demand By The Ordering Partys Representative (By Phone Or Via E-Mail). The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Fully Available In Urgent Matters. 6. The Ordering Party Allows Combining Individual Deliveries Of The Assortment To Obtain A Full Cargo Space, Provided That The Contractor Uses Appropriate Cargo Partitions.7.During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Meet The Minimum Quality Standards Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 8. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Documents Confirming The Quality Parameters Of The Supplied Assortment (Quality Certificates, Certificates, Laboratory Tests). The Document Must Clearly Show That The Offered Delivery Item Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Parameters Of The Delivered Batch Of Fuel, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order A Laboratory Test To An Accredited Testing Laboratory.
