The Purpose Of The Commissioned Work Is To Digitize Files Providing Evidence Of Changes To Entries In The Register Of Land And Building Records For The Period From Mid-2024 To The Current Changes, Which Includes 87 Registration Districts Within 9 Registration Units Belonging To The Międzyrzecz Poviat Created By Geodetic Services Keeping Records Of Land And Buildings Included In The Resources Of The District Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation In Międzyrzecze Along With Uploading The Created Electronic Documents To The Starostas Ict System, Based On Software From Geobid Sp. Z O. O., I.E. The Ewopis Program. It Is Estimated That The Documents That The Contractor Will Transform Into Digital Form By Scanning As Part Of The Order Amount To Approximately 62,000 Pages In Standard A4 And A3 Formats. A3 Formats Constitute A Small Number Of Documents, They May Concern Annexes To Division Decisions - Maps With A Real Estate Division Project. It Is Possible To Obtain Documents In Non-Standard Formats, Larger Than A4 And A3 (In Residual Quantities), Which Will Also Constitute Map Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Division Decision.
